I recommend rubbing on your feet and any areas that are problematic. For me, its my left hip!! To many years straddling the saddle & well probably one to many falls from the saddle! I rub into my feet (so moisturizing also), my left hip, and neck and should area that holds all that tension every night before I go to bed. Keep it on my nightstand so its the last thing i do before I doze off in dream land!
